He mentioned the trial with the agenda of examining additional witnesses with the Chairman of the Panel of Judges, Major Chk.Subiyatno and two member judges, namely Captain Chk.Dennis Carol Napitupulu and Captain Chk Zainal Arifin Anang Yulianto.
Meanwhile, the military prosecutors as prosecutors are Lt. Col. Chk Alex Panjaitan and Lt. Col. Chk.Yusdiharto.
Peace explained that the two witnesses were presented by military prosecutors as additional witnesses.And the two witnesses have confirmed that they were present at the trial, including Danyon TP 834/WM, Lt. Col. Inf.Justikhandinata.
The two witnesses will also be summoned for examination in case number 41-K/PM.III-15/AD/X/2025 with 17 defendants and 42-K/PM.III-15/AD/X/2025 with four defendants.

, in the main courtroom of the Kupang III-15 Military Court, the witness examination session of criminal law experts from Nusa Cendana University Kupang began at 10.00 WITA.
Previously, Denpom IX/1 Kupang had named 22 suspected TNI Army soldiers who served in the 834/Waka Nga Mere Development Territorial Battalion as suspects in the case of Prada Lucky’s death.
Of the 22 suspects, three of them are first officers with the rank of First Lieutenant (Lettu), one person and two Second Lieutenant (Letda).
Private Lucky Chepril Saputra Namo (23), a TNI Army soldier who served in the Territorial Development Battalion 834 Waka Nga Mere (Yon TP 834/WM) Nagekeo died allegedly as a result of torture carried out by his seniors in the battalion dormitory.
Prada Lucky died on Wednesday (6/8).He underwent treatment for four days at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Aeramo Regional Hospital, Nagekeo.
His body was then brought back to Kupang after being picked up by his biological parents, namely Serma Kristian Namo and his mother Sepriana Paulina Mirpey, on Thursday (7/8).
After two days lying in state at the funeral home, Prada Lucky’s body was buried on Saturday (9/8) with a military ceremony.Before the military service ceremony was carried out, it was preceded by a funeral service led by Pastor Lenny Walunguru from GMIT Batu Karang Kuanino.
