Governor of DKI Jakarta

ensure that DKI Jakarta ASN Employee Income Additional Income (TPP) will not be cut even though DKI’s profit sharing funds (DBH) are cut by around IDR 15 trillion in 2026.
“TPP is for ASN, because if ASN is cut later, all their faces will definitely be gloomy, making the Governor discouraged,” said Pramono in Central Jakarta, Tuesday (11/11).

He also ensured that the Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) and Jakarta Excellent Student Card (KJMU) programs would not be cut next year.
Pramono said KJP, KJMU and TPP ASN were three things that should not be messed with.
“Jakarta Smart Card. The number is 707,920 students. You can’t deduct a penny, the figure is IDR 1.6 trillion. The second is for KJMU – the Jakarta Excellent Student Card – the figure is approximately IDR 380 billion,” he said.
Previously, Chairman of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Khoirudin, revealed that the value of the 2026 DKI APBD had the potential to decrease due to plans to cut transfer funds to DKI Jakarta by the central government.
From this policy, it is projected that transfer revenues from the center, such as profit sharing funds, general allocation funds (DAU), and special allocation funds (DAK) will reach IDR 26 trillion.
“Our DBH will change by around IDR 15 trillion, the remaining IDR 11 trillion. Of course this will change the posture of the numbers which is a very significant change, while we have the KUA-PPAS MoU, we have (drawn up) the RKA (budget work plan),” said Khoirudin some time ago.
