Prince William
It is considered that he will carry out “massive reforms” in the British Empire once he officially ascends the throne as King William V in the future.
Royal observer from the Daily Beast and The Royalist Substack, Tom Sykes, said that William had actually started working to replace his father, King Charles III, who is currently ill but without the title of king.

Not only that, William’s breakthrough will really affect everyone related to the British Empire, from those related by blood to the staff.
Sykes believes that one of the reforms that William will bring is to abolish and revoke the royal titles of his own family who do not work for the British Empire or create difficulties for the kingdom.
This desire will target many names, such as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle with their titles of Duke and Duchess of Sussex, or Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie who are the children of Prince Andrew who have been stripped of their titles.
If their titles are removed, they will have the status of ordinary people in general. This has even been practiced with William and Kate’s children, namely Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louise, who do not use their royal titles at school.
“Charles is weak, but William is not at all,” said Sykes.”William is actually already King, just not with the title.”
A friend of William’s also admitted this to Sykes. The source said that “the change of power is happening in real time, whether they admit it or not.”
Apart from that, William is said to not be staying at Buckingham Palace, which has been the residence of British kings and queens for centuries. It is said that the palace will only be used as an office for the British Empire.
When they ascend the throne, Prince William and Kate Middleton are said to be living at Forest Lodge, their new residence starting November 2025.
Previously, royal biographer Robert Jobson said that if William became king, one of his policies would be to “halve the number of staff” that currently exist.
In addition, hundreds of scheduled in-person visits and day trips or receiving bouquets of flowers across the UK will be scrapped.
As reported
New York Post
on Wednesday (3/12), Prince William and Kate Middleton will focus more on big issues such as climate change or mental health and their impact nationally and globally.

“William thought the monarchy under his father exuded arrogance and seemed lost in direction, due to Charles’s love of uniform and ceremony, while William downplayed the priority of duty over the health and well-being of the individual,” Sykes said.
“Charles felt that William was ignoring the most basic element of the job, namely being present in person throughout the country, come rain or shine.”
“For William, continuing to run the monarchy as if it were still an Edwardian institution feels absurd. For Charles, his son’s more relaxed approach could feel like a lack of respect for duty and tradition.”
