Gojek
Tokopedia Tbk (GoTo).
Hans replaces Patrick Walujo who resigned some time ago.Hans’ appointment was carried out through the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) which was held on Wednesday (17/12).
“It is an honor for me to take on this responsibility, and I would like to express my thanks to the shareholders, the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, and the entire GoTo family for the support and trust that has been given,” said Hans in an official statement.

Hans has almost eight years of experience at Gojek, GoPay and GoTo.He joined Gojek in 2018 as Chief Operating Officer focusing on operations and the driver partner ecosystem.
In 2021, Hans moved to lead the business unit which later became GoTo Financial, carrying out the task of overseeing the launch of the lending business, as well as the GoPay application, which is now the leading financial technology (fintech) platform in Indonesia.
In early 2024, Hans was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of GoTo, with responsibility for shaping the GoTo Group strategy and leading the Company’s Cloud migration project.Hans’ role was expanded to become President of On-Demand Services in July 2025.
Before joining Gojek, Hans worked in the United States, China and Singapore at various multinational companies, including as a Partner at the management consulting firm McKinsey.
