Firefighters had to use a metal cutting machine to remove Kamara’s leg.
After Kamara was rescued, PSM coach Tomas Trucha was confused because he couldn’t confirm whether the striker would be brought in when PSM played against Dewa United later.
“I think it’s a bit sad and looks scary,” said PSM Makassar coach, Tomas Trucha, Thursday (6/11).
“But I believe it will be good with him. It’s good, with what happened to him, at the same time it’s funny but not funny either. Because it’s a shame that could happen,” he explained.
Kamara is one of the players who is relied on to spearhead PSM this season.
Until the tenth week of the Super League, Kamara had appeared six times and scored two goals for the Juku Eja squad. This number of goals is equivalent to Lucas Dias’s number of goals and is the most among other PSM players this season.
