Quoting information provided by the company via their official Instagram account, a total of 5 evacuation posts in Hapesong Gardens have been operating since the first day after the disaster.
Apart from providing shelter, the post is also equipped with tents, a public kitchen, clean water supply and food logistics.Humanitarian aid distributed on December 4 2025 includes 1.5 tons of rice and other basic necessities.

Health services from Sri Pamela Batangtoru Hospital are on full alert, including providing medicines, clean water supplies, as well as special health checks for mothers, children, the elderly and vulnerable groups.
PalmCo Finance Director Hilda Savitri explained that the provision of evacuation facilities is equipped with logistics and basic needs so that residents can survive safely during the emergency response period.
Meanwhile, PalmCo President Director Jatmiko K. Santosa confirmed that the safety of citizens is his company’s top priority.
PalmCo ensures that all resources are fully deployed to deal with the impact of the disaster and provide adequate shelter for affected communities.
