plans to open a special complaints service for
entrepreneur
experiencing business disruption.
“What’s even more exciting, starting next week we will open special complaints for business people who experience business disruption throughout Indonesia. They will be able to start complaining next week,” he said at a Working Meeting (Raker) with Commission XI DPR RI in Central Jakarta, Thursday (27/11).
“Next week we will start hearing them one by one,
case by case
,” explained Purbaya.

The State Treasurer hopes that the results of the trials of each case experienced by entrepreneurs will really shed light on the problems in the field.
On the other hand, Purbaya explained the coordination of Pokja 2 aka the Task Force for Accelerating the Implementation of Government Strategic Programs (P2SP) with Pokja 3 which the government will launch.

If they find a problem related to regulations, they will throw it to Working Group 3 to be fixed.

“I think every Monday or Tuesday I will have a hearing, maybe 7-8 cases every day, then we’ll sort it out. I think our business climate will improve significantly within a year,” claimed Purbaya optimistically.
If the business climate improves, Purbaya emphasized that Indonesia can expect faster economic growth.He believes that the Indonesian economy will grow 6 percent in 2026.
According to Purbaya, if the economy accelerates, the government will only be able to impose new taxes which have been postponed.
“Of course we will calculate what kind of tax will be appropriate for society, for us, without disrupting the growth momentum that is occurring,” he said.
