The complaint was submitted to the Government Strategic Program Acceleration Task Force (P2SP) via the page https://lapor.satgasp2sp.go.id.Purbaya revealed that the cases reported by entrepreneurs were varied.
“As of today (18 December 2025) 4 complaints have been received regarding funding and financing issues, law enforcement that has not gone to court (including thuggery and extortion), land and spatial planning, as well as business permits,” said Purbaya at the Press Conference of Our APBN at the Ministry of Finance, Central Jakarta, Thursday (18/12).

“Monday (22/12) the target will be a trial. I will chair the trial to ensure that the complaints can be handled in stages,” he continued.
According to Purbaya, these four complaints are currently being handled by a working group (pokja) under the P2SP Task Force.Purbaya said these problems were also conveyed directly to the relevant ministries/institutions (K/L).
The complaint service for entrepreneurs was first launched on Tuesday (16/12) by the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto as Chair I of the P2SP Task Force.
Purbaya then emphasized that the presence of the task force serves to create a healthy investment and business operational climate.
