through the Livin’ by Mandiri application, it recorded significant growth until September 2025.
This payment feature has reached 878 million transactions with a value of up to IDR 123.5 trillion.
“This number has shot up 103 percent compared to the September 2024 period,” said Bank Mandiri Vice President for Digital Retail Banking Harry Sofri Putranda at the Bank Mandiri 2025 Media Gathering in Bandung, quoted from a written statement, Monday (8/12).

Harry said that his party emphasized its position as a government partner in encouraging economic growth and expanding an inclusive financial ecosystem.
Strengthening digital retail services is one of the company’s focuses through the development of Livin’ by Mandiri which is directed at increasing the ease of public transactions.
According to him, efficient access to digital services plays an important role in supporting daily economic activities.
“Customers need fast and practical service. For this reason, we have prepared Livin’ by Mandiri so that the transaction process is simpler and more effective,” he said.
Harry explained that by September 2025, the company’s flagship application had recorded more than 35 million users with an increasingly positive growth trend.
In addition, transaction frequency grew by 25 percent

(yoy), with a transaction value reaching IDR 3,220 trillion or an increase of 10 percent.
Harry also added that the increasingly strong adoption of digital services can be seen from
onboarding
, where 91 percent of account openings have been made through Livin’.
This data shows a shift in people’s preferences towards services that can be accessed at any time without dependence on branch office networks.
Apart from QRIS, the company also offers other payment features such as QR with various funding sources, e-wallet linkage, and contactless payments which are able to support retail transaction needs both domestically and abroad.
“For this reason, we continue to ensure that all features work stably, especially during high volume periods, so that user comfort is maintained,” said Harry.
