The pair Raymond Indra/Nikolaus Joaquin opened up about winning the title

which was achieved after defeating Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Shohibul Fikri, Sunday (23/11).
In the final duel at the State Sports Center, Raymond/Nikolaus won a fierce battle over Fajar/Fikri in three games, 22-20, 10-21, 21-18.
According to Raymond, the 2025 Australian Open title is proof that they can compete with elite athletes.The Australian Open itself was Raymond/Nikolaus’ debut in the Super 500 class.

“Praise God, this is proof for us that we can compete at the top level,” said Raymond after the match.
Raymond is determined to win another title in the future.He also hopes that the 2025 Australian Open champion will not be a burden when appearing in other championships.
“There are still many targets that we want to take forward, hopefully we can consistently provide the best game like here,” said Raymond.
“We will try so that this title does not become a burden, we still want to play without burden in the next match,” added Raymond.
Meanwhile, Nikolaus admitted that he was presenting the 2025 Australian Open champion title to the PBSI Pratama men’s doubles team.
“We dedicate this title to the Pratama men’s doubles, this is a big achievement and hopefully it can be an inspiration for others to continue to pursue upwards. Apart from that, of course it is for PBSI and for Indonesia,” said Nikolaus.
