Aura of Love
visited the South Jakarta Religious Court on Tuesday (9/12).It turned out that he had come to take care of the administration of the guardianship of children from a previous marriage.
This administration was only fully managed by Aura Kasih about four years after her divorce from the Brazilian model, Eryck Amaral.

“Just administration. Just to make things easier (guardianship),” said Aura Kasih as reported

He admitted that he was only taking care of it now because he needed so many documents, including passports and overseas visas as his only child got older.
“Because we’ve started going around a lot again. For school, visas, passports. If you go to Europe, you will definitely ask for your father’s approval. If there is already a guardianship determination, it’s easier,” he explained.

On that occasion, Aura Kasih came with her attorney, namely Yanti Nurdin, who ensured that full child custody was given to her client after the divorce.
So, he emphasized that he did not need Eryck Amaral’s approval for the administration.
“Determination of guardianship does not completely require the father’s approval. From the first divorce decision, it has been done. For administration, guardianship is required. So far there have been no problems,” said Yanti.
The guardianship process has not yet been completed and a further hearing is scheduled for December 23.Aura Kasih is not required to attend the next trial.
Aura Kasih was previously married to Eryck Amaral in 2018. From that marriage, the two of them were blessed with one child who is currently under Aura Kasih’s care.
However, the marriage only lasted about two years.Aura Kasih filed a divorce suit against Eryck Amaral at the South Jakarta Religious Court via e-court on December 17 2020.
Aura Kasih and Eryck Amaral officially divorced on April 28 2021. The South Jakarta PA decided that the two of them separated legally because Eryck Amaral never came to answer the court summons.
