Secretary General of the Ministry of Manpower, Cris Kuntadi, said that the organizers of the Batch II Apprenticeship Program included various institutions and sectors, both government and private.
“Batch II Apprenticeship Organizers include government agencies, ministries, institutions, Non-Ministerial Government Institutions (LPNK), financial institutions, secretariats of state institutions, BUMN, BLUD and private companies,” said Cris in an official statement.

Cris added that the Batch II National Apprenticeship Program is open to various business sectors, starting from the Food and Beverages sector, Creative and Digital Industries, Communication and Information, Industry, Public Sector, Tourism, Logistics and Transportation, Agriculture, to Services.
In Batch II, the Ministry of Manpower is targeting more than 80 thousand participants.After that, in batch 1 the target was 20 thousand people so that the total number of participants this year could reach 100 thousand people.
“The Minister of Manpower, Yassierli, has emphasized on various occasions that apprenticeship programs must be a strategic instrument in preparing new graduates to enter the world of work with relevant skills,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Public Relations Bureau of the Ministry of Manpower, Sunardi Manampiar Sinaga, said that the implementation schedule for the Batch II National Apprenticeship Program is as follows:
• 6 – 14 November 2025: Registration of Prospective Apprenticeship Participants
• 14 – 20 November 2025: Selection of Prospective Apprenticeship Participants
• 21 November 2025: Announcement and Determination of Apprenticeship Participants
• 24 November 2025: Implementation of the Apprenticeship Program (Batch II)
Sunardi invited new graduates to take advantage of this opportunity to strengthen workforce competency and support increased national productivity.
“The National Apprenticeship Program not only provides real work experience, but is also a concrete step for the government to strengthen the competence of Indonesian workers. Therefore, we invite new graduates to take advantage of this important momentum,” explained Sunardi.
