reported to Polda Metro Jaya following his statement which allegedly insulted Persib Bandung supporters,
Vikings
and Sundanese people.
Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Budi Hermanto said the report against Resbob was filed last Friday (12/12).
“Yes, it’s true (Resbob) was reported,” said Budi when contacted, Sunday (14/12)

Budi said Resbob was reported regarding Article 45 paragraph 2
juncto
Article 28 paragraph 2 of the ITE Law and/or Article 14 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 15 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 156A of the Criminal Code.
Budi said that the report against Resbob is currently being investigated by the Cyber Directorate of Polda Metro Jaya.
“It will then be distributed to the Cyber Directorate,” he said.
Previously, Resbob spoke out after he received widespread criticism for making insulting remarks towards Vikings and the Sundanese people in a live broadcast on social media.
In uploading a video recording of clarification on his Instagram account, he apologized for his words.
He argued that he was unconscious when he said the words which allegedly contained insults.Resbob also admitted that he didn’t remember saying this during live social media while driving the car.
“Unconsciousness caused my speech to be an accident, until now I don’t remember at all that my mouth said that. With this, let’s leave alcohol behind. It’s unclean and makes people’s mouths wretched,” he wrote in a post on his Instagram account, seen Friday (12/12).
“I’m an example, but this is a big lesson for me so that it can be a lesson for my safety in the future. Stay sober because your mouth is your tiger so don’t damage it with alcohol. Once again, please forgive me,” he added.
