) 2025 in Garut, West Java, tells the long story of two young men, Miswardi (26) and Maulizar (26), who were willing to travel around 3 thousand km from Lhokseumawe, Aceh, for their ambition to attend the biggest Honda bikers event in the world.
They traveled together using a Honda CB150
“So we started our journey Saturday morning,” said Miswardi on the sidelines of the HBD 2025 event which was held on Saturday (15/11).

When entering the Jambi area after Pekanbaru, the rim spokes broke after hitting a pothole.Although worrying, this incident did not cause them to experience serious accidents.
“So the spokes were broken, then there was another problem with the shock seal,” said Miswar.
However, this incident did not dampen their enthusiasm. After the problem was resolved, the two of them continued their journey to Garut by taking turns riding motorbikes.
Solidarity
The motorbike continued to speed along the ‘fierce’ route of Sumatra.Their main enemy on the road is not only Inter-City Inter-Provincial (AKAP) buses, but also drowsiness and fatigue which sometimes attack without compromise.
They carried the flag of the Honda Street Fire Club Indonesia community.Miswar said their journey was always monitored by fellow community members in each city and received a warm welcome when they arrived at each stopover point.
This moment was used by Miswar and Maulizar to unwind.
“So we never just took a break, even at a gas station. We always rested at a friend’s place. And that friend would always be waiting for us wherever we were,” recalled Miswar.
They are also grateful because during their journey across Sumatra they never encountered any crime anomalies there. The journey was safe until they finally managed to set foot on Javanese soil.
Miswar said the trip took approximately one week.Meanwhile, for travel costs, he admitted that he had spent around 60 liters of petrol without breaking down other expenses.
Over the next few days, they will spend time traveling to a number of places in West Java.
