The Indonesian contingent added to its gold medal purse
SEA Games 2025
through the sport of judo, Friday (12/12).Now Indonesia has collected 16 gold medals at the 2025 SEA Games.
After Dinny Febriany from the women’s 52kg-57kg class won the gold medal, now judo won the second gold through Muhammad Rizqi Maulana.
Rizqi Maulana won a gold medal in the men’s 55kg class after defeating Vietnamese judo player, Nguyen Hoang Thanh at the Thanyaburi University of Technology Auditorium.

Rizqi Maulana’s gold was the 16th for the Red and White Team contingent or the second for judo at the 2025 SEA Games.
As of the time this news was written, Indonesia had won three gold medals on the third day of the 33rd edition of the SEA Games.
The second medal today or the 15th for Indonesia overall was contributed by Abiyu Rafi from the men’s apparatus-horizontal bar gymnastics event.
With the addition of these three gold medals, Indonesia is closely tied to Vietnam, which is ranked second in the 2025 SEA Games medal standings.
This achievement can also solidify the target of the Indonesian contingent which is aiming for the top three positions in the SEA Games medal tally this time.
