Roy Suryo cs’ attorney, Ahmad Khozinudin, said that his party had requested a special case title on July 21.However, he said, the police had not followed up.

“Today we will also send another request for a special case title which today we will hand back to the Wassidik Bureau,” said Khozinudin at Polda Metro Jaya, Thursday (20/11).
Khozinudin said that Polda Metro Jaya must carry out a special case regarding the alleged fake diploma case involving Roy Suryo cs.
Moreover, Bareskrim Polri previously also conducted a special case at the request of the Ulama and Activist Defense Team (TPUA).
“There is no reason for the National Police institution, especially in the midst of discourse, yes, to improve the performance of the National Police institution, not to carry out special cases as has been done by the National Police Headquarters at Dumas which was carried out by the TPUA,” said Khozinudin.
Apart from that, said Khozinudin, today his party also officially wrote a letter regarding witnesses and mitigating experts in the case of accusations of Jokowi’s fake diploma.
There were at least four experts proposed by the Roy Suryo cs camp.Namely, Aceng Ruhendi Fahrullah as a language expert, Gandjar Admiral Bonaprata Bondan as a criminal expert, Azmi Syahputra as a criminal expert and Henri Subiakto as an IT expert.
“Furthermore, we also presented 11 witnesses, lightening witnesses at the investigation stage, although we will also present them again at the trial level. So, we differentiate between the investigation and the trial,” said Khozinudin.
Previously, Polda Metro Jaya named eight suspects divided into two clusters in connection with the alleged case of Jokowi’s fake diploma.
The first cluster consists of five suspects, namely Eggi Sudjana, Kurnia Tri Rohyani, Damai Hari Lubis, Rustam Effendi and Muhammad Rizal Fadillah.
They were charged with Article 310 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 311 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 160 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 27a in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph 4 and/or Article 28 paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 45a Paragraph 2 of the ITE Law.
Then the second cluster consisted of three suspects, namely Roy Suryo, Rismon Hasiholan Sianipar and Tifauziah Tyassuma alias Dr Tifa.
The three of them were charged with Article 310 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 311 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 32 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 48 paragraph 1 and/or Article 35 in conjunction with Article 51 paragraph 1 and/or Article 27a in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph 4 and/or Article 28 paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 45a paragraph 2 of the ITE Law.
On Friday (14/11), Roy Suryo, Rismon and doctor Tifa were questioned for the first time as suspects.Investigators asked the three of them 377 questions during an examination that lasted more than nine hours.
