CS is said to be present to fulfill the summons for examination as a suspect in the alleged fake diploma case of the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo (
Jokowi
) on Thursday (13/11).
On Thursday, three suspects are scheduled to be questioned by Polda Metro Jaya investigators, namely Roy Suryo, Rismon Hasiholan Sianipar and Tifauziah Tyassuma alias Dr Tifa.
When confirmed, Roy cs’ attorney, Ahmad Khozinudin, said that his party had received a summons for examination as a suspect.

“Regarding the calling, we will fulfill the calling as good citizens,” said Khozinudin when confirmed, Monday (10/11).
Khozinudin explained that the presence of Roy Suryo cs also wanted to show that they were not afraid to face the legal process at the police.
“We want to show the public that there is no fear whatsoever regarding legal status and that summoning investigators is a normal legal procedure,” he said.
On the other hand, regarding pre-trial efforts following the designation of Roy Suryo cs as a suspect, Khozinudin said that his party was still considering it.
“For pretrial, we are not or have not considered taking it because pretrial is a legal right, not a legal obligation,” he said.
“So whether to take it or not, we will consider the interests of our clients, whether it is necessary and urgent. If necessary and urgent, we will take it,” he continued.
Previously, Polda Metro Jaya named eight suspects divided into two clusters in connection with the alleged case of Jokowi’s fake diploma.
The first cluster consists of five suspects, namely Eggi Sudjana, Kurnia Tri Rohyani, Damai Hari Lubis, Rustam Effendi and Muhammad Rizal Fadillah.
They were charged with Article 310 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 311 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 160 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 27a in conjunction with Article 45 Paragraph 4 and/or Article 28 Paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 45a Paragraph 2 of the ITE Law.
Then the second cluster consisted of three suspects, namely Roy Suryo, Rismon Hasiholan Sianipar and Tifauziah Tyassuma alias Dr Tifa.
The three of them were charged under Article 310 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 311 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 32 paragraph 1

In this case, investigators said Roy Suryo cs had spread false accusations and misled the public.This conclusion is based on the results of examination of 130 witnesses and 22 experts, including an in-depth examination of 723 pieces of evidence.
“Investigators concluded that the suspects had spread false accusations and edited and digitally manipulated diploma documents using unscientific analysis methods and misleading the public,” said Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector General Asep Edi Suheri in a press conference, Friday (7/11).
