Meanwhile, the Hong Kong dollar fell 0.01 percent, the Philippine peso minus 0.09 percent, and the Malaysian ringgit weakened 0.09 percent.
On the other hand, the main currencies of developed countries opened solidly.The British pound strengthened 0.05 percent, the European euro rose 0.08 percent, the Swiss franc added 0.05 percent, the Australian dollar grew 0.07 percent, and the Canadian dollar rose 0.05 percent.
Doo Financial Futures analyst Lukman Leong predicts that the rupiah will weaken against the US dollar
rebounding.
