Three provinces in Sumatra have been evacuated until Thursday (4/12) at 20.00 WIB.
In Aceh, a total of 3,297 residents have been successfully evacuated.Of that number, the largest number is in the Pidie Jaya Regency area, namely 1,852 residents.
Then in North Sumatra (North Sumatra) it was reported that 4,610 residents had been evacuated.Based on Basarnas data, the largest number was in Padang Sidempuan City, with 871 residents evacuated.

Meanwhile in West Sumatra (Sumbar), 29,659 residents were recorded as having been successfully evacuated.The largest number was in Pesisir Selatan Regency with 13,048 residents evacuated and in Padang Pariaman Regency there were 12,362 residents evacuated.
Previously, BNPB reported that the number of victims who died in flash floods and landslides in Aceh, North Sumatra (North Sumatra) and West Sumatra (Sumbar) increased to 836 people as of Thursday (4/12) afternoon.
In detail, in Aceh it was reported that there were 325 deaths, in North Sumatra 311 deaths were recorded and in West Sumatra there were 200 deaths.
Meanwhile, there were 170 missing victims in Aceh, 127 in North Sumatra and 221 in West Sumatra.
In total there are 518 missing victims who are still being searched for.
