Ibnu said that his party had deployed three teams for the evacuation process of people trapped by floods in several areas.Apart from that, a number of equipment, such as rubber boats, have also been deployed for the evacuation process.

“We have sent teams starting from Langsa, then from Bireun and Banda Aceh, we have sent three teams in total,” he said.
Furthermore, Ibnu also appealed to the public to immediately report if they need help or evacuation to a safer place.
“Immediately contact the evacuation team if you are trapped or in emergency situations,” he said.
Previously, as many as 97,384 Aceh residents were affected by the floods that hit the area since the last week and 13,174 of them were displaced because their houses were submerged in water.

from the Aceh Disaster Management Agency (BPBA) Thursday (27/11), the worst flooding occurred in Aceh Tamiang Regency.In that area, 9,274 residents were displaced because the water level has not yet receded.
Until now, flooding is still hitting the districts of Pidie, Pidie Jaya, Bireuen, East Aceh, Aceh Tamiang, West Aceh, South Aceh, Aceh Singkil, North Aceh and Langsa City.The water level varies up to 130 cm.
