SEA Games 2025
after Thailand beat Singapore 2-0 in the final match of Group A, Wednesday (10/12) evening WIB.
Competing at Chonburi Stadium, Thailand appeared dominant over Singapore.All of the hosts’ winning goals came in the first half.
Thailand opened the scoring through a goal scored by Kanyanat Chetthabutr in the 9th minute.Eight minutes later Orapin Waenngoen doubled their lead to 2-0.

Even though they continued to dominate the game in the second half, Thailand was unable to increase its tally of goals until the match ended.
This result ensures that Thailand progresses to the semifinals with Group A champion status with a collection of six points.Meanwhile, the runner up belonged to Indonesia, which pocketed three points.
Meanwhile, Singapore had to settle for finishing as caretaker after suffering two consecutive defeats to Indonesia and Thailand.
Thus, Indonesia has the right to accompany Thailand to the semifinals of the 2025 SEA Games from Group A. Indonesia will later face the winner of Group B, while Thailand will be challenged by the runner up team.
Currently, the top of Group B is controlled by Myanmar, which has six points.Meanwhile, Vietnam is in second place with three points, ahead of the Philippines on goal difference.
Myanmar will next face Vietnam in the final match on Thursday (11/12).Meanwhile, the Philippines will meet Malaysia.
