The Indonesian Men’s National Volleyball Team successfully staged a comeback to win to win 3-2 (21-25, 20-25, 25-22, 25-19, 15-10) and qualify for the 2025 SEA Games final, Thursday (18/12).

Indonesia took a narrow lead 8-7 then continued to 18-15.Entering the end of the second set, Indonesia was again under threat because they only had a narrow lead of 22-21.
Fahri’s block led Indonesia to reach set point at 24-21.Having failed at the first opportunity, Indonesia closed the third set with a 25-22 win.
Victory in the third set revived Indonesia’s enthusiasm in the fourth set.Indonesia has the motivation to try to turn things around.
Even though they were behind 6-9 at the start of the set, Indonesia took the lead at 13-12.After that moment, Indonesia was able to be more dominant and took the lead with a score of 19-15.Indonesia continued to advance until they reached set point with a score of 24-18.
A hard smash from Hendra then closed Vietnam’s resistance in the fourth set.Indonesia leads 25-19.
Entering the fifth set, which was the deciding set, the score was tied at 5-5.
The tight score continued until 6-6.Indonesia then got the eighth point and led 8-6 after a video review showed a Vietnamese player’s foot stepping on the line while attacking.
Hard hits from Fahri and Rivan made Indonesia lead 10-8.Boy Arnez’s clever touch resulted in the next point, 11-8.
Boy scored his 13th point again with a hard smash which the Vietnamese players couldn’t block perfectly.
The Indonesian Men’s National Volleyball Team then reached match point at 14-10.Indonesia immediately finished the game at the first opportunity.Indonesia won 15-10 in the deciding set.
