) searched six locations related to investigations into cases of alleged bribery for office management, bribery for procurement projects, and receipt of gratuities within the Regency Government

The locations searched were the regent’s official residence, the regent’s office, the regional secretary’s office, the Personnel and Human Resources Agency (BKSDM) office, as well as the house of the suspect Sucipto as a private party and partner of the Ponorogo Regional Hospital and ELW’s house.

“In this series of activities, investigators secured a number of documents and electronic evidence. Apart from that, at the regent’s official residence, investigators also secured a large amount of money,” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo in a written statement, Tuesday (11/11) evening.
Budi explained that investigators need searches as a coercive measure in a series of investigative activities to search for and find evidence as regulated in the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP).
The confiscated evidence will be a guide for investigators in handling this case.
“In the process of handling this case, the Corruption Eradication Committee urges cooperative parties and the Ponorogo community to continue to support the effectiveness of law enforcement for this alleged criminal act of corruption,” added Budi.
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has named four people as suspects in cases of alleged bribery for office management, bribery for procurement projects, and receipt of gratuities within the Ponorogo Regency Government.
They are the Regent of Ponorogo for the 2021-2025 and 2025-2030 periods, Sugiri Sukoco, Regional Secretary of Ponorogo Regency from 2012 until now, namely Agus Pramono, Director of RSUD Dr.Harjono, namely Yunus Mahatma, and the private partner of the Ponorogo Regional Hospital in a work package in the Ponorogo Regency environment, Sucipto.
Due to his actions, Sucipto, in terms of a work package within the Ponorogo Regency Government, was suspected of committing a criminal act of corruption as regulated in Article 5 paragraph (1) letter a or b and/or Article 13 of the Corruption Eradication Law (UU Tipikor).
Meanwhile, Sugiri together with Yunus Mahatma are suspected of committing criminal acts of corruption as regulated in Article 12 letter a or b and/or Article 11 and/or Article 12B of the Corruption Law in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1 of the Criminal Code.
Then Yunus was accused of violating Article 5 paragraph (1) letter a or b and/or article 13 of the Corruption Law in terms of managing his position.
Meanwhile, Sugiri together with Agus Pramono are accused of violating Article 12 letter a or b and/or Article 11 and/or Article 12B of the Corruption Crimes Law in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.
The suspects have been detained for the first 20 days, starting from Saturday, November 8 2025 to November 27 2025 at the KPK Red and White Branch State Detention Center.
