“The driver has been arrested,” said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Budi Hermanto when confirmed, Thursday (11/12).

Budi said that North Jakarta Metro Police Chief Commissioner Erick Frendriz is currently at the crime scene to treat the victims.
“Currently the police chief is at the crime scene, registering victims, the main priority is taking the victim to the hospital for medical treatment,” said Budi.
Previously, a car suspected of carrying free nutritious food (MBG) hit students at SDN 01 Kalibaru, Cilincing, North Jakarta who were carrying out activities on the school field on Thursday (11/12).
In the video circulating on social media, panic can be seen at the location after the incident.A number of teachers and residents were seen trying to help the victim.
Based on the information in the upload, it is suspected that the incident was triggered by driver negligence.It is suspected that the driver wanted to step on the brake pedal, but instead he stepped on the gas pedal.
Regarding this incident, the Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) Dadan Hindayana said that the team is currently heading to the location of the incident.
“The BGN team is at the location,” said Dadan briefly.
