In this incident, one victim with the initials M died.Meanwhile, another victim, namely A, suffered serious injuries and was rushed to the Kramat Jati Police Hospital.
Partai explained that the stabbing incident was first discovered through reports from residents shortly after Maghrib.

When officers arrived at the location at around 18.30 WIB, a man was found lying with a stab wound on the left side of his neck.Not far from the location, police also found another victim who suffered injuries to the right side of his back.
The situation at the location allowed officers to immediately arrest suspected perpetrator R who was still around the crime scene.
From the results of the initial examination, it was discovered that the two victims were not local residents.One of the victims, namely A, was rushed to the Kramat Jati Police Hospital with serious injuries, while victim M was declared dead not long after being found.
Regarding the cause of the stabbing, the Sector Police Chief emphasized that the investigation was still ongoing.However, it is currently suspected that this incident was triggered by a verbal argument between the victim and the perpetrator.
“For the time being, it’s just verbal bickering. We don’t dare to conclude further because it’s still in the investigation process,” he said.
Perpetrator R is said to live in a boarding house around Jalan Raya Condet.Police are still investigating the relationship between the perpetrator and the two victims, including the trigger for the dispute that ended in death.
“Until now, we are still investigating the case in question,” said Partai.
East Jakarta Metro Police Inafis officers have carried out crime scene investigations and collected a number of pieces of evidence.
Meanwhile, perpetrator R is still undergoing intensive examination by investigators to reveal the exact motive and complete chronology of the incident.
The police also appealed to the public who knew about the incident or saw the movements of the victim and perpetrator before the incident to provide information to speed up the investigation process.
Initial examination results showed that victim M, who died, had a stab wound on the left side of his neck.Meanwhile, victim A suffered a stab wound on the right side of his back.
The police are still waiting for the complete results of the medical examination and crime scene investigation to confirm the chronology and the sharp tools used by the perpetrator.
