After high school, Peter Parker continued his education at college with his girlfriend, Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone).
Even though he has tried to forget, Peter continues to remember the last message from Gwen’s father, George Stacy (Denis Leary), before he died, asking Peter to stay away from Gwen for the sake of his daughter’s safety.
In the midst of problems with Gwen that put Parker in a dilemma, a new problem emerged in his city.A powerful criminal named Maxwell “Max” Dillon or commonly known as Electro (Jamie Foxx) appears to cause trouble in New York City.

Unlike other super villains, this character has mutant powers and can control electric fields, as a self-defense as well as a weapon.
Apart from that, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), Peter’s old friend also returns and shows ambition about Oscorp.Through Harry, Peter finds various clues to the past related to his research and the death of his parents.
Harry then asked for help from Peter to get him to meet Spider-Man, because Harry needed Spider-Man’s blood to find a cure for his family’s hereditary disease.
However, Peter refused, making Harry disappointed and hating Spider-Man.Harry also turns into a super villain named Green Goblin.Now Spider-Man has to face two super enemies at once, namely Electro and Green Goblin.
