Budi said that the investigation process by the North Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit is still continuing.Investigators will immediately conduct a case to determine the status of Ayu et al in this case.
“In the examination process, it is possible that a case will be held to increase status and a case will be held to carry out detention,” he said.
However, Budi has not revealed in detail the method of fraud carried out by Ayu et al.Budi only said that the WO did not provide it

Previously, the police arrested the owner of the wedding organizer (WO) Ayu Puspita along with four other reported persons for questioning in a suspected fraud case.However, the five of them still have the status of witnesses.
“We have received reports from the WO victims. Currently, as of last night, we are examining five people from the WO,” said North Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit Head Commissioner Onkoseno Gradiarso Sukahar to reporters, Monday (8/12).
Onkoseno said that in total his party received 87 reports from victims.Onkoseno said that his party was still calculating the amount of losses suffered by the victims, but it was estimated that the losses would reach hundreds of millions.
On Sunday (7/12), around 200 fraud victims raided Ayu’s residence in East Jakarta.The situation also heated up.
East Jakarta Metro Police Chief Commissioner Alfian Nurrizal said that his party immediately went to the location to carry out mediation.After that, the perpetrator was immediately taken to the North Jakarta Metro Police.
“The situation heated up because the crowd demanded accountability from the wedding organizer,” he said.
