The Panel of Judges at the Denpasar District Court (PN), Bali, imposed a fine of IDR 200 thousand on the British porn star, Tia Emma Billinger alias

, with his partner Jackson Liam Andrew on Friday (12/12).
Both of them were fined only IDR 200 thousand because the violations they committed were categorized as minor administrative violations, not pornography crimes, namely traffic violations in the case of minor crimes (Tipiring).

“Sentenced defendant one Jakson Liam Andrew and defendant two Tia Emma Billinger. Therefore, a fine of Rp. 200 thousand with the provision that if the fine is not paid it will be replaced by imprisonment for one month,” said Judge I Ketut Somanasa.
The authorities also assessed that his actions did not meet the criminal elements because there was no production or distribution of pornographic content in Indonesian public spaces.
In addition, the activities in question occurred in private spaces and were not proven to have a direct impact on public order.

The prosecutor initially demanded a fine of IDR 250 thousand, but the judge reduced the amount to IDR 200 thousand.During the trial, both defendants appeared calm and admitted their actions.
Apart from that, during the trial the defendants also apologized and confirmed all of the witnesses’ statements.They admitted that the vehicle was only used for the purposes of creating Bonnie Blue content.
With this decision, the two Tipiring cases were declared closed after payment of fines and court costs were paid.
Bonnie Blue and her team will be tried for a traffic ticket.They used a blue pickup with the words ‘Bonnie Blue’s BangBus’ which he bought for IDR 20 million with the number plate DK 8109 SX.
