The lawyer revealed the contents of the peace agreement between
Andre Taulany
with Rien Wartia Trigina alias Erin regarding their divorce, and will be decided by the South Jakarta Religious Court on November 11 2025.
This peace agreement was carried out at the end of October 2025, which ultimately accelerated Andre’s divorce process after going back and forth on matters since 2024 and which resulted in drama.

“The contents of the settlement, they agreed to divorce, related to assets and so on, will be discussed later. But the deed we submitted, the deed dated October 28, is purely related to divorce,” said Fahmi Bachmid as Andre’s lawyer.

on Wednesday (5/11), the peace deed was submitted to the South Jakarta Religious Court in the previous session and was taken into consideration by the panel of judges.
Even though they have submitted official documents agreeing to separate, the process continues with witness statements at the trial on November 5 2025. These witnesses come from Andre’s side, namely from his younger siblings and staff.
“Andre’s younger brother also explained the issues related to this. Including the fact that Andre has been separated from his residence for almost a year,” said Fahmi.
“From the statements of the witnesses, we also revealed that there was peace between the two parties, where they agreed to divorce. So there is no longer a problem, but legally and legally administratively, it still has to be fulfilled,” he said.
“What is used as a guideline is the witness statement and also the peace deed. So legally they have agreed to divorce, administratively the law has also been fulfilled.”
On October 29 2025, Andre Taulany and Rien Wartia Trigina alias Erin are said to have agreed on a number of things after agreeing to divorce amicably, including the issue of children and assets.
Erin’s lawyer, Malik Bawazier, said that the agreement which occurred on October 28 2025 was made so as not to cause protracted disruption in the divorce process between the two.

“Then there was a question about children’s problems. All three children are given freedom at any time with their father and at any time with their mother,” said Malik in a media conference on Wednesday (29/10).
“Regarding the issue of legal consequences related to gana-gini, it has also been agreed, it has been stated in a notarial deed. But of course it is not open to the public. That is an agreement between the two of them, they both agree,” he said.
Malik said that Erin, who originally intended to expose Andre Taulany’s depravity because of the divorce documents that were leaked to the public, changed her mind after receiving mediation from her side.
“It is hoped that the divorce will bring wisdom and a better life to both Andre and Erin,” said Malik.”With one important point, this agreement was made to also prioritize the interests of children.”
Andre Taulany said he was grateful to be able to agree on the agreement even though going through a divorce was still difficult.He also emphasized that in the future he and Erin will continue to be parents who support each other even though they are no longer husband and wife.

“What he said earlier was enough to represent everything. In essence, in the future we will continue to be parents who support each other, although no longer in the context of husband and wife. Because we have children who are joint responsibilities,” said Andre.
“The most important thing is their mentality. They are still children, still growing, so they must get good support from both parents,” he continued.
Andre Taulany married Erin on December 17 2005. From this marriage, they had three children, namely in 2006, 2009 and 2011.
