.Insan’s legal wife, Wardatina Mawa, used the video as evidence in reporting the two people to Polda Metro Jaya on November 22 2025.
In Insan’s confession to Richard Lee in a video uploaded to YouTube on Wednesday (26/11), the 25-year-old man did not know where the video could spread.However, he said the video came from the CCTV of Inara Rusli’s private house.

Richard then said the screenshot provided by Insan was from someone he referred to as an “ex” and Insan admitted the message was allegedly from his ex Inara.
“Can I read it? ‘I hope you are married in an unregistered marriage, because I have proof that you had sexual relations on the third floor. I will take the children first until the storm passes’,” read Richard.

This accusation of infidelity began when Wardatina Mawa officially reported Inara Rusli to Polda Metro Jaya.He accused Inara of having a special relationship with her husband, Insanul Fahmi, outside of professional business matters.
Mawa claims to have quite strong evidence, such as CCTV footage which is said to show interactions that are considered inappropriate between Inara and her husband.The report was registered with allegations of criminal acts of adultery and infidelity.
Polda Metro Jaya itself admitted that it was investigating reports of alleged adultery reported by Wardatina Mawa against Virgoun’s ex-wife, Inara Rusli.
“Yes, confirming that Polda Metro Jaya has received a report regarding alleged adultery. This was received on Saturday, November 22 at around 16.00 WIB afternoon,” said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Budi Hermanto to reporters, Tuesday (25/11).

Currently, investigators plan to summon a number of witnesses for questioning regarding the alleged adultery.Apart from that, said Budi, investigators are also still waiting for the handover of the evidence held by the reporter.
“This is also related to the evidence that has just been shown by the reporter, this has not yet been handed over to investigators. So investigators, we need time to ask for information from witnesses, including later when there is evidence, we will carry out analysis and in-depth analysis,” he said.
Meanwhile, regarding the planned investigation of Inara as the reported party, Budi cannot yet reveal it.This is because investigators need to first examine witness statements and evidence.
