through the Blora Block Working Area, succeeded in obtaining the Patra Nirbhaya Karya Pratama Award in the Exploitation sector as an award from the government.
This is an award for oil and gas safety management, implementation of the Oil and Gas Safety Management System (Migas SMK), as well as achieving zero work accidents from April 1 2022 to April 30 2025.
The awarding took place at the 2025 Oil and Gas Safety Communication Forum organized by the Directorate of Oil and Gas Engineering and Environment of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources at the Technology Forum Building, LEMIGAS Oil and Gas Testing Center, in South Jakarta, on Thursday (13/11).

Patra Nirbhaya is an oil and gas safety award given at the national level to companies that can carry out operations safely, reliably and without accidents.
General Manager of TIS Energy (Blora PSC), Heri Suryanto, stated that this award signifies the importance of the safety culture that has been built by the company.
“This award is concrete proof that TIS Energy prioritizes safety as a fundamental value in every operation. Zero accidents is not only a goal, but also a work culture that we create together,” said Heri in a release this week.
He said this achievement was the result of the comprehensive implementation of the Oil and Gas Vocational School, the implementation of a sustainable K3 program, and the development of a safety culture in all operational aspects.
Not only that, but also effective risk control, as well as close collaboration with regulators and stakeholders.
