Toyota-Astra Motor (TAM) has again opened 24-hour Alert Posts at three different locations and alerted 300 official workshops during the Christmas and New Year 2026 holidays. Consumers can use this service for maintenance and repair needs for Toyota vehicles during the holiday period or while traveling.
Both the post and the standby workshop will operate between 24 December 2025 and 3 January 2026.

“We want to ensure that customers’ Christmas and New Year 2025 holiday activities can be worry-free by operating 3 Toyota Posko Siaga 24 Hours, plus 300 Toyota Bengkel Siaga that remain open normally on holidays and holidays with Nataru,” said Jap Ernando Demily, Marketing Director of Toyota Astra Motor (TAM) in a written statement, Wednesday (24/12).
Three posts will operate 24 hours, including the Toyota Siaga Banten Post at Rest Area KM 68, Jakarta – Merak Toll Road, Toyota Siaga Siaga Cikampek: Rest Area KM 57+500 Jl.Jakarta – Cikampek toll road, and Toyota Bali Alert Post, Pertamina Gas Station 54.822.06, JL.Denpasar – Gilimanuk, Kel Dauh Tukad, Kec.Mendoyo, Jembrana Regency, Bali.

“We also provide Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERA) services which are on standby 24 hours a day, as well as Toyota charging spot facilities which can be accessed at official dealers, rest areas and malls in Jakarta and Bandung for free,” he said.
Jap explained that for consumers who have not had regular service, they can do it at the standby post.
There are free general vehicle check-up facilities available, including Tires, Wiper Water Level, Brake System, Oil Condition, Accu, Exterior-Interior Lamps and Undercarriage.
Apart from that, there is also a special tire replacement service at the Toyota Siaga Cikampek Post.Service costs and genuine parts are guaranteed to be the same as official Toyota workshops, and visitors who carry out service at the Toyota Siaga Post will get a 25 percent service discount.
Apart from that, there are facilities ready to pamper Toyota car owners and their families, such as a rest room equipped with air conditioning, free WiFi, satellite TV and automatic massage chairs.There is also a kids corner and games corner at this post.
Toyota electrified vehicle users can also use the charging spot facility at official dealers free of charge.
BEV and PHEV battery power can also be enjoyed free of charge at several rest area points on the Trans Java Toll Road as well as 3 malls, namely Gandaria City and Mal of Indonesia (MOI) in Jakarta, along with 23 Paskal Hypermart in Bandung.Specially at these malls, Privilege Parking Spot facilities are also available for customers of Toyota electrified vehicles.
