Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa faces tough challenges in achieving the tax revenue target in the remaining two months to the end of 2025.
The reason is that until October 2025, the realization of tax revenues is still contracting 3.8% on an annual basis and has only reached IDR 1,459 trillion or 70.2 percent of the 2025 APBN outlook which is pegged at IDR 2,076.9 trillion.
