Heavy rain that fell on the city of Bandung, West Java, last Monday resulted in a man being trapped when the Cikapundung River overflowed.
According to information obtained from Detik Jabar, a man with the initials A who was trapped was suspected of having a mental disorder or ODGJ.
It is known that this man often carried out activities in the Cikapundung River.The joint team of volunteers managed to evacuate the man safely without any problems.
