The National Police Chief issued National Police Regulation Number 10 of 2025 which allows active members of the National Police to occupy positions in 17 ministries and state institutions.Many parties consider this regulation to be contrary to Constitutional Court decision Number 114/PUU-XXIII/2025 which prohibits active members of the National Police from holding civil positions without retiring or resigning.
