reported nine of its soldiersĀ and three civilians died as a result of the war with
Cambodia
as of today, Thursday (11/12).
Defense Ministry spokesman Rear Admiral Surasan Kongsiri confirmed the death toll.

“Three civilians were killed, nine soldiers were killed, around 120 soldiers were injured,” Surasan said in media reports

Furthermore, Kongsiri said that around 199,618 residents fled and took shelter in 849 evacuation centers.
Surasan also accused Cambodian troops of continuing to launch large-scale attacks on Thai troops using BM-21 multi-barreled rocket launchers, kamikaze drones and mortars.
The Royal Thai Navy, he said, also continues operations under the Enemy Suppression campaign in Trat.
Surasan then said the Army and Navy were moving forward according to their operational plans and making significant progress on the ground.
The Royal Thai Air Force continues to provide effective air support for ground operations, helping Thai forces advance along key sectors of the front line.
Thailand and Cambodia have been at war again since last week.
According to Thailand’s statement, Cambodia deployed RM-70 rocket launchers, BM-21 rockets and kamikaze drones.As a result of this incident, seven civilians were killed, and three Thai soldiers were killed.
